Frequently Asked Questions

RacketTier is a tennis racket consultancy service helping recreational, junior and college players get the best out their current or new racket.

RacketTier offers Guided Tennis Racket Demos, Guided Tennis Racket Customization, Racket Matching and Racket Customization services.

A Guided Demo is an hour-long on court session where you’ll be guided through 6 hitting sessions across three different rackets.

Our Guided Customization service is an hour-long on court session where your current racket will be customized and performance tested across several different hitting scenarios.

Our Racket Matching service takes your second (backup) racket and matches it exactly to your primary racket to include swingweight, balance and overall weight.

Our Racket Customization service takes your current racket and enhances it to your needs, such as more power, control and spin.

No, it’s better. Instead of a tennis coach instructing you on how they think you should play, our services are built around taking your current game and simply getting more performance from your equipment.

Our services cost different amounts, depending on your needs. Please check out our Pricing page.

We start with our in-take form to get an understanding of your background and needs. From there, we’ll head to the court for an hour long session. At the conclusion, you’ll have an initial readout on performance. Thereafter, we’ll send you a fully detailed analysis.

Because demo’ing a racket on your own and relying on “feel” does not translate to optimal performance and winning games.

We serve Marietta, East Cobb, Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Milton, Johns Creek, Kennesaw and Woodstock, GA.

RacketTier can host you at our home court, but we can also come to your HOA court or book through a public court.

Our data-based approach is a closely guarded secret, but rest assured, we use video analytics and heat mapping to gauge racket performance.
